A great gluten-free alternative to ginger cut-out cookies

Combine butter, agave, water, and egg in mixing bowl. Add Spice Cookie Mix, ginger, and flour. Stir until evenly mixed. Dough will be very thick. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll dough out to �-inch thickness on well-floured surface. Cut into desired shapes. Place on greased baking sheets and bake 8 to 10 minutes.

Decorate with festive sprinkles before baking.

Decorate cooled cookies with icing, raisins, and other gingerbread accoutrements.
