A great gluten-free alternative to ginger cut-out cookies
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons amber agave nectar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 package Simply Organic Spice Cookie Mix
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger root
- 1/4 cup gluten free flour, plus extra for dusting
Combine butter, agave, water, and egg in mixing bowl. Add Spice Cookie Mix, ginger, and flour. Stir until evenly mixed. Dough will be very thick. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll dough out to �-inch thickness on well-floured surface. Cut into desired shapes. Place on greased baking sheets and bake 8 to 10 minutes.
